Grounding of M.S. Ciudad De Cadiz

The French flagged Ro Ro vessel  ‘Ciudad De Cadiz’ which broke from her moorings during severe weather conditions on the 30^th January was successfully re-floated on the high tide the 9^th February. Under the control of two tugs the vessel berthed at Mostyn to undergo an initial hull inspection.  Inspections have now been completed and it is understood that the vessel did not sustain any damage as a result of the grounding.  It is expected that she will resume service on or about the 23^rd Feb.
