Maiden call of M.V. City of Hamburg

New arrival at Mostyn

On the 2nd of February 2009, The Port of Mostyn welcomed the maiden call of the M.V. "The City of Hamburg". The vessel is the latest addition to the Fret Cetam SAS fleet engaged to carry the Airbus A380 wings from Mostyn to Bordeaux.

The M.V. "City of Hamburg" is designed to carry both aircraft components and other Ro/Ro cargo. The picture on the left shows the first set of A380 wings being loaded onto the vessel at The Port of Mostyn.
