Roro Facilities

The Roro facility has been purpose designed to meet the demanding needs of today’s Roro operator.

Covering an area of 15 acres, with more than 330 drive through unaccompanied trailer bays and with dedicated driver accompanied parking slots the terminal is ideally suited for a 2 to 3 ship operation.

This coupled with a 11m wide modern Linkspan ensures quick and efficient turnarounds.

The Facility Consists of:

Berth to accommodate vessels up to 160m LOA with a draft of up to 6m.
15 acres of pristine trailer park, with high mast lighting.
Unaccompanied driver through trailer bays to enable the quick turnaround of vessels.
Driver accompanied parking bays.
Designated parking for, out of gauge, hazardous and miscellaneous Roro cargos.
Driver Facilities, which include a lounge, showers and wash room facilities.
Cab high Check in with weighbridge.
Serviced 2 storey freight office accommodation.
CCTV – covering the whole terminal and cargo.
Border Control Facilities – for various agencies if required.
