Over the years the Port of Mostyn evolved from being a traditional commercial dock to a modern port. It has carried out a major programme of modernisation to meet ever increasing shipping and port requirements.
The Port’s modern facilities together with its central location in the Irish Sea allows Mostyn to offer versatile services to its clients varying from Ro Ro operations to handling heavy-lift specialist cargoes and also, wind turbine assembly facilities. Mostyn has become one of the UK’s key offshore wind farm construction ports.
