Notice of Pilotage – In accordance with Section 9 of The Dee Estuary Pilotage Area and approaches Pilotage
Regulations, Masters who hold a Pilotage Exemption Certificate are to report pilotage intentions to the Harbour Master prior to departure or arrival. Please use the below form to submit pilotage intentions.
Defects – If your vessel is conducting pilotage with known defects (only defects that affect pilotage), these are to be reported via a separate notification to harbourmaster@portofmostyn.com and pilots@portofmostyn.com
