PORT RECEIVES BLADES FOR UPCOMING UPGRADE AND MAINTENANCE PROJECT

July welcomed the arrival of the 1st of two shipments of B58 blades for the West of Duddon Sands Blade upgrade/maintenance campaign.  The project will see all 324 blades returned to Mostyn for upgrade and routine maintenance works.    The Port has converted one of their existing warehouse to accommodate the Blade maintenance and upgrade works for Ziton.  Using the Vessel Windserver the blades will be returned to Mostyn where they will be worked on by Ziton’s specialist Blade Technicians and retuned back out to the windfarm.
